Broken Bottle

I’ve been playing about quite a bit lately with black and white imagery. Combined with settings such as contrast and what Aperture terms ‘Definition’ (I believe Lightroom calls it ‘Clarity’) it is great for bringing out the textures of still life photography.

Somehow, in all my faffing about with the images from the Waterhouse Plantation, I misplaced one of the photographs from early on in the trip, one I quite liked, so I’m just throwing it out here whilst the proverbial iron is still plugged in and full of distilled water (I’ve mentioned proverbs aren’t my strongpoint, haven’t I? Also I’m not that clued up on ironing either).
